LEED-NC Administration

Green Building Consulting...

Michael Heacock + Associates provides LEED Administration and Consulting services for building owners, developers, and design teams seeking a marriage of beautiful design and high performance. We have participated in the design and construction of LEED projects since 2000 as both designers and LEED administrators. Our unique experience with energy conservation, renewable energy, water conservation, alternative materials in particular sets us apart from other LEED consultants. Innovative projects, such as the Berea Ecovillage, process 100% of all greywater and blackwater on site. We have worked on multi-building campus projects, such as Cate School, with as many as nine individual LEED buildings. Below is a basic outline of the minimum LEED-NC process.
