LEED for Homes

Resources

LEED for Homes can be a complicated journey for architects and builders. We greatly ease the process for the owner and design team. With 6 LEED-H Platinum homes certified, one LEED-H Silver home, and others on the way, we have the experience needed for any high-performance home. In addition to basic LEED administration, we also offer a robust set of design strategies based on our experience with many alternative materials, water and energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and indoor air quality issues. Check out our green building consulting services here, or call us to discuss how your project could qualify for LEED certification.

Please note the new LEED-H checklist for California, which just came out in November 2009.

Also note the newest Indoor Air Quality Plus Checklist, which you can download from the icon.

Also, check out the
USGBC website for more information.
