MICHAEL HEACOCK ARCHITECTS

Ecological Architecture | Green Interiors + LEED Consulting

Green Building + LEED Consulting
Integrated Design.  Performance.  Conservation.  Education.  Resources.

These are some of the ingredients for high performance design. We assist owners, developers, architects and design teams in an integrated design process ideally starting in the schematic phase. Contractors and engineers need to be brought on board prior to Design Development to reduce construction costs. At MH+A, our goal is to integrate high performance with beautiful design. Our unique design background compliments exceptional design teams. Our approach begins with a review of the program and conceptual plans. Frequently clients hire us for design charrettes, which result a "Design Guide" or "Vision Statement," while satisfying LEED requirements. LEED is not the right fit for every project. We help clients navigate factual data and confusing rumors regarding LEED requirements, costs and benefits.
